| The hydraulic actuator in flight control undertakes the function of changing the aircraft flight status in terms of flight control,but there is a problem of development lag in maintenance and detecting technology of hydraulic actuator.In order to verify that the flight control actuator can operate normally under the influence of simulated aerodynamic force and meet the installation requirements,and make it convenient to detect the performance parameters of the actuator,the design of the hydraulic actuator measurement and control system is proposed.The hydraulic actuator measurement and control system combines Computer Assisted Test Technology,Virtual Instrument Technology and Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control Algorithm to detect actuator performance parameters.The test platform of hydraulic actuator measurement and control system is built.The hardware and software of the hydraulic actuator measurement and control system are designed separately.The design of hydraulic circuit,hardware selection and signal assignment are all included in the hardware system.The software includes the overall design of the software platform,the data acquisition and display module and the human-machine interface.The selection of control algorithms for servo loading systems in hydraulic actuator measurement and control systems is studied to assure the stable operation of the loading system.Combining the derived nonlinear mathematical model of the servo loading system and AMESim software for model identification,a new nonlinear servo loading system model is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the loading system and to solve the problem of the discrepancy between the simulated system and the actual system.MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim software are applied to co-operate simulation analysis of system response characteristics,design of fuzzy rule-based adaptive PID algorithm;accomplish sliding mode surface of sliding mode control algorithm as well as controller design and reduce system vibration by adjusting convergence rate.In order to ensure the stable loading of the system and reduce the impact of vibration and fluctuation on the test,the sliding mode variable structure control is selected to accomplish the loading force feeding.Through the load test,the hydraulic actuator measurement and control system is verified to be able to operate stably and provide 40 KN loading force,controlling the action error within 5%,which meets the design requirements. |
