Planning Leisure Agriculture Under The New Rural Complex

To fulfill the perspective of in-depth scientific development and the reconstruction after 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake, and to balance the comprehensive urban and rural reforms in Sichuan as a pilot construction area, the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee has made a strategic’new-rural-complex’decision for new rural construction. As the market economy is in full swing, a tourism industry will be established to promote the new rural construction. Therefore, it is meaningful and valuable to study how to develop leisure-agriculture and construct new countryside, and how to combine the leisure-agriculture development and new-rural-complex construction.In this study, we have looked through various references including the global development history, adopted the "sustainable development and recycling economy" theory and "AVC" theory, and inductive-deductive methods, carried out comprehensive analysis and practical application, etc., set Lee Village (which is engaged in leisure-agriculture) as a new-rural-complex design example, and discussed the construction design for leisure-agriculture based new-rural-complex. The main results are as follows:First, we have discussed and improved the concepts, development history, research status, relevant theory and practice of the new rural construction, new-rural-complex and leisure-agriculture. We theoretically analyzed the characteristics, construction design principles and realization methods of new-rural-complex.Second, we have expounded the working mechanism of leisure-agriculture and made a conclusion for the design concept and core principles for new-rural-complex construction. We discussed the design and development mode, and then created a theoretical system for leisure-agriculture design.Third, we set the leisure-agriculture design for a new rural complex named Lee Village as a practice sample, and analyzed its present status to illustrate the overall design goals, functions and structure. We put forward the major part of the project landscape planning and design and then practiced the leisure-agriculture design theory for the new-rural-complex construction.The leisure agriculture in the construction of new rural complexis quite different from that in the city, suburban or the pure rural.lt must be treated differently. Because of the cross-cutting between multidisciplinary and the difficulties in concrete implementation, etc.. The related design theory and construction of leisure agriculture in the new rural construction is still in the exploratory stage in China. It is need to be improved constantly.
