Planning And Design Of Characteristic Landscape Integrating Agriculture And Tourism In Rural Complex ——Taking Hongji Agricultural Rural Complex As The Case

The Rural complex is an important carrier of integrated development of rural industries and plays an active role in promoting rural revitalization and development.In the early stage of the construction of Rural complex,many parks focus on the development of agricultural industry and the construction of agricultural infrastructure or simple landscape construction,but the construction of the combination of agriculture and tourism relying on the industrial structure is relatively lacking.It is of great guiding significance for the construction of Rural complex to mining elements of the integrated development of agriculture and tourism,realizing both production,landscape and the synergistic development of industry,culture and tourism.The title of this paper is "Designing the industrial landscape combination of Rural Complex and Intregrated Agriculture and Tourism",on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with the agricultural of "Hongji Agricultural Rural Complex" industry development project,in order to provide reference for the integrated development of rural complex industry.This paper analyzes and summarizes similar studies on agro-tourism development at China and abroad,starting from the foundation.And through literature citation method,case analysis method and field research method,for the industrial development system and landscape integration development elements of the rural complex were analyzed.We also proposed planning and design strategies focusing on "product elements,cultural background,agricultural facilities,infrastructure,and natural environment".Based on the industrial development of rural complex and theoretical analysis of agro-tourism integration,this paper takes Hongji Agricultural Field Complex in Huantai District of Zibo City as an example.With the purpose of fully revitalizing the inherent rural resources,arousing the endogenous power,and creating a unique atmosphere of agro-tourism industry,it has been planned and designed at the level of integrated development of agro-tourism.Based on the analysis and research on the current situation of the project industry development,resource distribution,special industries and other special elements,a SWOT analysis was conducted,and the necessity and feasibility of the project construction were also elaborated.The overall transformation idea of creating a modern agricultural landscape with special features and cultural atmosphere by focusing on the development of special industries and combining local culture,facility resources and natural landscape is proposed.At the same time,through the creation of special landscape as an opportunity to cultivate a new strategy of industrial development about diversified new business.In the planning and design practice,we focus on the four categories of "industrial development elements,industrial infrastructure elements,industrial supporting facilities elements,and industrial ecological elements" to carry out detailed node design.Meanwhile,from the perspective of operation and industrial development,the special design of "tour route,marketing planning,signage system design and plant greening design" has been focused on,and the industrial development system of agricultural tourism integration in the park has been improved.Through theoretical discussion on industrial development of rural complex,combined with the planning practice of Hongji agricultural field complex,the ways of industrial landscaping and design methods are proposed from production infrastructure,supporting facilities and industrial layout structure.From the perspective of park operation and development,combining the local cultural characteristics and industrial development features,the development idea of diversified operation of the village to achieve industrial efficiency is proposed.
