Mobile Internet developing in full swing, various industries are completing the upgrade of the mobile Internet. Although demands of recreational selections are increasing rapidly, the selection platform, which players can participate deeply in, has not been created at so far.This paper offers a research on a mobile application named "You Fu Lei - UFreely", which is designed to meet the need with a way of game selection based on the theory of UCD (user centered product innovation design) and user experience.This research includes three parts. First, studying the theory of UCD and the meaning of user participation. Second, analyzing the demands and status of recreational selections, the using features of mobile users to find market opportunities. Last, deciding the mobile application’s function modules, creating product information architecture, completing product function flow and interaction design, designing the application’s visual effect, programming the application.The innovation of the research includes three parts. First, the famous game "scissors, paper, stone" is chosen as the way to rank players and new rules are created to make the selection reasonable and exciting. Second, usage scenarios of the selection method include not only lottery of transmit having reward and chipping in for goods which are common on the internet, but also Lucky Draw and queuing up for free tickets happening in offline life. The method is so flexible that new scenarios of chipping in for goods among acquaintances and one free for AA dinners are allowed to get a try. Last, the research has completed the leap from concept to product, which will deliver results and draw conclusions clearly.
