Design On Long-range Technology Support System Of Multistage Centrifugal Pump Based On GPRS

Remote technical support center design in, GPRS module through the serial port to achieve and PLC communication and performance parameters are transmitted to the GPRS wireless network, through standard network node access to Internet, find the specified IP address of the computer, by the technical support center Kingview configuration of hardware equipment, establishing a connection with the PLC communication, to complete the data acquisition. Through the Access database software and Kingview mixed programming way to complete the design of remote technical support center platform. Through ODBC access standards, establish communication between Kingview and the access connection, writing programs that use Kingview, real-time data storage, display, query and print operation, timely analysis of the fault and prediction of centrifugal pump operating conditions.The remote technical support system can real-time monitor the operation parameters of the multi segment pump working in a thousand miles, and analyze these parameters.
