Abstract/Summary:
With the increase in the number of cars in China,people are increasingly demanding the performance of the car.The air quality in the car as an important factor affecting the comfort of the car has also attracted widespread attention.Evaluating the quality of air quality in a vehicle depends on the amount of volatile organic compounds and inhalable particles in the air.Because the composition and source of pollutants in cars are complex and diverse,they cannot be completely eliminated from the roots,and their concentration in cars can only be reduced through purification techniques.Therefore,how to reduce the concentration of pollutants has become the primary purpose of in-car purification technology.In this context,the related research on pollutant purification technology in passenger cars conducted by this paper is also of great significance.Aiming at how to improve the purification efficiency of air purifiers,this paper proposes a modular arrangement of air purification devices,which combines filtration technology,adsorption technology,and advanced oxidation technology to decompose airborne pollutants to achieve lower byproducts.Improve the efficiency of purification.Through the design of different experiments,the purification efficiency of each module was verified.In the comparative analysis,the best consumables with the best cleaning effect were selected,and the air purification device prototype was made.The CFD numerical simulation technology was used to verify the flow field characteristics of the same air purifier in different installation positions and outlet directions of the vehicle,and the influence of the installation method on the purification efficiency was analyzed through the characteristics of the flow field.The simulation results show that the installation position and air outlet mode of the air purification device not only affect the velocity field of the air in the vehicle,but also affect the concentration field of pollutants in the vehicle.Based on the simulation and experimental results,this paper proposes the installation methods and structural improvement suggestions for the interior air purification device.Based on the comparison of the five operating conditions,it is necessary to focus on the selection of the installation location.If the emphasis is on purifying a certain area,the air purifier should be installed near the area.The air outlet should avoid obstacles as close as possible to avoid impediments to new air flow or inability to move to other areas and affect purification efficiency.
