There are three ways to advance the railway line capacity. The first way is improving the vehicle load. The second and third way is increasing the traveling density and the traveling speed. It is clear in our country that the traveling density of the railway is very high in the word and it is hard to increase the traveling speed especially on the collection of passenger and freight now compared with the huge potentiality of vehicle load. Railway heavy haul transportation is used to transport large amount freight is efficient, cost is low and have the vast development prospect. It is becoming the modern freight transport mode in many railroad countries.Railway transportation system is that a ring is encircled by the large scale system arresting each other. The heavy haul train running needs a series of supporting measures and effecting other relevant factors such as train formation plan, train transportation chart and network marshalling station rational division. One third of railway wagon turnover time consumes on loading and unloading station , at the same time , the bottleneck of reasonable adjusting the railway heavy haul transportation line and stations ability is one the point, so it is very important that analysing the heavy haul loading area wagon flow organizing theory, studying the optimization of heavy haul loading area train distributing and rational organizing heavy haul loading area inner wagon flow to accomplish the goods direct transportation plan.Based on introducing the developing trend of home and abroad railway heavy haul transportation and the heavy haul organization mode, this paper have analysed economic effect got by running heavy haul train, at the same time, analysed the heavy haul loading area wagon flow organizing theory, linked up economic effect got by running heavy haul train, founded heavy haul loading area heavy weight train services selection, which have provided the reference basis for running of heavy haul rain and reasonable division of train formation plan. The running of heavy haul rain is unable to be separated from the reasonable organization of wagon flow, in which the most important is establish the goods direct transportation plan. Based on analysed a series of correlative factors of running heavy haul rain through the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the paper founded relative model and example, calculated them by using MATLAB to have designed the genetic algorithm, which provided reference for correlated problem.
