| The continuous expansion of urban was posing formidable challenges to the urban ecological environment with the enhancement of urbanization level. In order to investigate the effect of land use change on ecological environment in the process of urban expansion, the Beijing urban area which had outstanding problem in urban expansion was taken as research area in this paper. The land-use change had been sent for analysis from land use degree, land use dynamic degree and land use transfer probability using the combination method of remote sensing and GIS based on the base data of land use dynamic change in the process of urban expansion over the last 20 years. And on the base of this, it used the data of land use change, population change, economic development, resource consumption and air quality as assessment index to evaluate the ecological environment of Beijing. Then, the regression analysis model between the data of urban expansion which served as a point and varying condition of ecological environment quality which served as a surface was established, and the influence degree on ecological environment by population, economic and land use degree was concluded through analyzing the relationship between them. The result showed that: 1) the urban expansion of Beijing was incremental progress which was changing over time, and the biggest level of land use was in central Beijing, while the biggest level of dynamic change was in the 5th and 6th ring road of Beijing. 2) In the progress of urban expansion, the factors of people’s consumption level, total population, per capita GDP and output of three major industries had a great driving effect to the change of land type of urban, and they were also the leading factors which effected the land type of urban. 3) The factors of GDP gross, per capita green area and total output value of forestry had a positive and great effect on ecological environment. And the factors of expansion of construction land type, proportion of construction land and people’s consumption level had a negative and great effect on ecological environment. Also, the factors of total agricultural output value, per capita construction land and population density had a negative but less effect on ecological environment. The research of the effect of land use change on ecological environment in the process of urban expansion could provide a theoretical basis for dealing with the relationship between urban expansion and ecological environment to some extent. |
