Application Of Design Procurement Construction(EPC) In Information System Construction Projects Of Bank

In recent years, China Postal Savings Bank rely on telecommunications, the rapid development of postal enterprises, has formed a unique culture and business enterprises, and stand out in a number of commercial banks, with a considerable part of the customer base and relatively unique profit model. Application of EPC mode postal savings information system, through clear responsibilities, and remarkable achievements of the contract, a clear relationship between the owner and the contractor, the owner’s organization to facilitate the work of coordination, so that commercial banks to focus on its core business, reduce information system construction costs. EPC Mode can guarantee the quality of the project under the premise of significantly shorten the construction period by organic complex design and construction of these two phases. On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad, this paper presents a model used in the process and implementation of the EPC method bank information system construction, describes the main responsibilities of the owners in this mode and the corresponding quality management, cost management, schedule management requirements.
