Study On The Information Management Of HSF Company Globe Valve Project

Under the condition of market economy,enterprise's competition is becoming increasingly fierce,which puts forward very high requirements to the project management information system(PMIS)on cost,effectiveness,timeliness,sharing.The project management information system under traditional information technology has been difficult to adapt to the demand of the current enterprise in project management.With the increasing maturity of the cloud computing technology,the technology has been widely used in the fields of electronic commerce,government affairs,and medical treatment and so on.In this context,the research is carried out,where the main work is as follows.(1)The modern project management idea is introduced into the globe valve project.Through WBS,scope of the globe valve project management is defined,and various stages of the process management are constructed by the use of life cycle analysis method.Organizational structure is formulated by OBS.(2)The information support system of HSF company is analyzed,and the existing problems are summarized.A new information technology,Cloud computing is introduced,and through the system requirements-the overall design-a detailed design of typical software engineering ideas,the PMIS based on cloud computing is carried out.Through the overall design results of the system architecture,architecture and so on,general module like user login,access rights management,and special functions like project information management,task management systems are designed including the application processes.Data security issues of the system is also discussed.(3)Application analysis of PMIS based on cloud computing is performed.Firstly,the using process is introduced.Then the application results of the main functions of the system is given,including the choice of mainstream cloud platform,Sina cloud platform configuration,PMIS deployment,PMIS typical function,finally from the point of construction cost,information sharing and construction time,the system effectiveness are summarized and analyzed.
