| Green building is a hot topic in the architecture in recent years. It is the present while it is also the future. It is the reality and it is the ideal, too. Green building is not too much a development trend as a popular sentiment. I remember that somebody once said that the green residence is "poetic flavour ground housing"and this beautiful saying comes from one of the German poet Holderlin’s poems during the 18th and 19th century. While in China there are also many classical Chinese poems reflecting the perfect residence which keeps our modern people thinking of. So isn’t it a return-to-natural living state when put the carefree and comfortable of ancient times into present social environment? Couldn’t modern people’s living ideal be achieved by the Green buildings?Therefore, the paper will revolve around the big topic "green building" summarizing the green design on high-rise residential buildings, hopeing the study could be more detailed. On January 1,2015 it began to implement the new green building evaluation standard in China. So combineding with the latest "Green Building Evaluation Standard" will help find a feasible orientation for the study and the study could discuss the Implement ways of the green high-rise residential buildings based on this standard. As the capital city of Shandong province Jinan city is quite representative. It is very similar with most of the urban areas in Shandong province in the climate, geographical features, cultural environment and so on. It will intuitively embody the construction and the building design concept with characteristic of Shandong. So the study will take Jinan city as an example and this will offer a more suitable research scope. The purpose of this study is to provide some convenient feasible strategies for high-rise residential buildings’ green desige to reach the standard in days to come. And people could directly check and use them in their architectural design.The first chapter put forward the practical significance of high-rise residential buildings’green desige, which is based on the Green Building Evaluation Standard, setting out with the high-rise residential buildings" design status and the city high-rise residential internal demand in Jinan. The second chapter mainly elaborates the green building and the theoretical basis of green design while carry out analysis for the latest version of the Green Building Evaluation Standard.In the third chapter I summarize the insufficient in the usual design and learn experiences from those excellent works through investigations on representative and newly-built residential district with high standard in Jinan. These are all based on the above two chapters and these can also lay theoretical basis for the fourth chapter where I will summarize the way for newly built high-rise residential to reach the standard. Then I will research and analysis the two test cases. Firstly analysis the land-saving calculation and the indoor and outdoor environment calculation, taking Jinan Vanke project as a example. Secondly get to know the beforehand-assessment and the self-assessment through learning Jinan huarun F2 plot project. By tracking the process of those projects and summarying experiences from the practice we can understand the flow path of green high-rise residential buildings’ evaluation in Jinan and find the revelations from it. The fourth chapter mainly comes up with the standard-reach strategy by learning the latest version of the Green Building Evaluation Standard. I classify the entries first and these entries are all about design. Then I do deeper study on high-rise residential green upgrade in the following five aspects. They are site design, ventilated daylighting heat preservation, barrier-free design, door model design and Green material.The final conclusion part summarizes the full text, putting forward the revelation for the high-rise residential buildings’ green desige. At the same time look the development trend of green residential building into the future. |
