In recent years, with the vigorous development of automobile industry in our country, the production and sales of automobile market of our country has maintained a rapid growth, continuously break the world record, the rapid growth of the automobile market volume has also led to the rapid development of auto transmission market. Along with the advance of domestic automotive technology and manufacturing process, consumers put higher requirements for auto comfort and economy. Auto transmission, as the most critical part of automobile, can not only improve the automobile fuel, can also reduce emissions, but also get more and more the attention of consumers. At present, the share of auto transmission market in our country is increasing and the development prospect is very wide in the future.At present, the domestic universities, research institutions through the way of cooperation with enterprises to study and optimize the dual clutch automatic transmission, in order to gain more excellent performance, and there has been a fruitful research results. However, domestic research is more on control strategy of dual clutch automatic transmission, for the dynamic characteristic analysis of the dual clutch automatic transmission hydraulic system is less, so it is necessary to analyze dual clutch automatic transmission hydraulic system.This paper is focus on the DCT dual-clutch automatic transmission hydraulic system and key hydraulic components as the research object, after the basis of theoretical analysis of the hydraulic system, set up a whole AMESim simulation model for the hydraulic system and HCD simulation model of key hydraulic components. After setting up the mathematical modeling of key hydraulic components,studied on two key factors, flow strength of element and electromagnetic force of electromagnetic valve. In addition to dynamic response characteristics of the hydraulic system, analysis dynamic response characteristics of flow rate, pressure, frequency and lifting gear and temperature. Finally, based on the current domestic defects in innovative product calibration,two compensation method of consistency is proposed. The first method is offline compensation, through a large number of simulation experiments to determine the specific scope of the key parameters affecting system, compared with traditional calibration method, can save a lot of time. The second method is online compensation, feedback the measured output data with the target output to input data deviation, adjust the input data until the measured output data close relatively to the target output data.
