In this paper, a new device driven by centrifugal force is studied, and the driving principle and dynamic characteristics of the device are studied. In terms of theoretical analysis, the mechanical model of the driving device is established, and the dynamic equation of the linear motion and the steering motion of the device are obtained by the dynamic analysis. Considering the critical condition of the movement of the device, the minimum rotation speed of the eccentric mass and the minimum distance between the centrifugal force mechanism and the symmetrical center line of the device are obtained. The stability of the vertical direction of the device is analyzed, and the maximum rotational speed of the eccentric mass is obtained. At the same time, the formula for calculating the forward efficiency of the device is given. In the aspect of digital simulation, with the aid of ADAMS software, the dynamic simulation of the driving device was carried out, and the motion simulation curve of linear motion and steering was obtained. In the simulation environment, different simulation parameters are set up, and the effects of different parameters on the performance of the linear and steering are analyzed. In experimental research, the structure of the driving device and the design of the control system are completed. And the start function of the device and the steering function are realized. The test system is set up, and the linear motion and steering performance of the device are studied experimentally. The influence of four parameters on the straight and steering performance is analyzed. The four parameters are the Front and back position of motor, the Left and right position of motor, the quality of the rotating block and the surface friction coefficient. At the same time, the correctness of the theory and simulation results is verified.
