With the development of the society, Electricity has become the necessary energy of daily life. Recent years, Middle and low voltage products are widely used in modern industrial enterprises, new energy, people’s Daily lives, and some other areas. With the development of science and technology the demand of industrial capacity is growing. The requirement of this products is become bigger and bigger, The society speeding up the investment in the equipment manufacturing industry. So the Middle and low-voltage product is growth closely with industry, In the growing market of power grid construction、factory automation、urban rail transit and other new project、Middle and Low products market will become a more and more wide market in the future.In order to standardize the market, the state also issued the relevant policy and law, such as GB 14048, GB 17885, GB 10963 to control the quality of the products. This policy is mainly for circuit breaker, contactor, multi-function electric switch, and etc. The purpose of the middle and low-voltage electrical life test is to test the product’s function and know whether it can continue to running smoothly in use.In this paper, the middle and low voltage reliability laboratory is designed based on the corresponding national standards. This paper analyzes the first and secondary loop, selection method and the design of the monitoring system. In this lab, we use equipment to simulate the environment of high temperature、low temperature、and the voltage on both sides of the product、the current through and the change of the installation Angle, to verify whether the product reach the target of design.After finished the project of this lab, The laboratory can meet the temperature rise test, the life test and performance test of GB standard. And the guys of lab can report and require the data of the test. And let the manufacturers to improve the defective products after test, and remove poor design of the module and materials and other adverse factors. It can make the product can be used in the daily life. I hope this article can be helpful to the middle and low voltage laboratory construction in the future.
