Soil mechanics is an important branch of civil engineering,geotechnical engineering,engineering geology and other engineering disciplines.Its development requires a lot of complex and meticulous experiments as support,and triaxial test apparatus is the most basic and important test instrument in soil mechanics test.By obtaining the sample,the experimenter can simulate the actual load carrying capacity of the sample under engineering conditions through a triaxial test apparatus in the laboratory.The conclusion obtained from the experiment is of great importance to the project,which can not only guarantee the safety and reliability of the project,but also provide data support for the verification of the new experimental theory.This paper first analyses the status quo at home and abroad,the advantage of absorbing foreign instrument on the design experience,combined with domestic habits,the researchers experiments design could satisfy the requirement of precision experiments on the performance of the triaxial test apparatus,make up for the internal and overseas instrument on the complex experimental instrument.The advantage of absorbing foreign instrument on the design experience,combined with domestic habits,the researchers experiments design could satisfy the requirement of precision experiments on the performance of the triaxial test apparatus,make up for the internal and overseas instrument on the complex experimental instrument.After that,the overall scheme and working principle of triaxial test apparatus are analyzed,combined with the demand,the hydraulic control method is adopted in the structure,and the upper and lower computer measurement and control system composed of single-chip microcomputer and industrial control computer is designed according to the requirements.This system designs the structural scheme of the measurement and control system at first,and then designs the hardware and software of the measurement and control system.The hardware design includes the design of single-chip microcomputer system,the selection of sensor and servo motor.Complete sensor signal acquisition and processing and design of hydraulic servo control system.Software development is realized by using Delphi programming language and the human-computer interaction interface under Windows with simple interface,convenient operation and user habit is designed.The experimental data is stored in the database through database design.This design uses the RS232 interface to complete the communication between the single-chip microcomputer and the upper computer software.Write multifunctional test module to coordinate control of each measurement and control unit to complete all static triaxial test automation operation.The software also designs data display,drawing,transferring to Excel and printing according to user’s habits.The measurement and control system of triaxial test apparatus has been debugged on site and all design tests have been completed.The measuring and control system developed in this paper can meet the test requirements of triaxial test apparatus and has been officially put into operation.
