| For the complete vehicle enterprises, it is a big headache how to verify the suitability of the driver’s posture layout for a passenger car in the early design stage and how to quantitatively evaluate the effect of the driver’s posture layout. In China, the ergonomic layout of many automobile products only directly copy the foreign products and there is a lack of in-deep and systematic analysis on the layout. Due to the difference between East and West human body, it will bring non-suitability to totally copy the layout parameters of foreign products. For example, the eastern have longer arms than the westerner in the same height. The traditional layout method, based on the ergonomic evaluation of physical model, consumes much time and energy and always leads to defective products into the market because the problems found through the evaluation are difficult to modify in the later development stage. In this paper, the author proposed that can make the driver’s posture layout quantified in the early design stage and evaluate the layout result which can eliminate the limitation of the traditional method.So there are two problems need to be solved:1. According to the Chinese human body signs, the driver ergonomic scheme of vehicle product could be implemented with forward design.2. In the early stage of the project, the evaluation on the driver ergonomic layout can be carried out correctly.The comfort evaluation of the driver’s posture is the main problem in the research of the driver’s posture layout. In the paper, it takes the way that the subjective evaluation and objective evaluation is combined to carry on the research. Firstly, the driver’s posture is set up. Then RAMSIS will analyze the discomfort of the driver and classify the specific discomfort and find the function relation. At last the correctness of the conclusion is verified through the subjective evaluation on the ergonomic verification mode. The method provides a solution for the ergonomic layout and evaluation of enterprises without RAMSIS.This paper consists of the following contents:1. Introduction of the general process of the driver’s posture layout of domestic passenger car and the factors that affect the driver’s posture layout. Detailed description of the research technical route and research method of this paper; the objective discomfort degree of human body analysis with RAMSIS and obtaining different human posture parameters with the same discomfort degree; on this basis, extending to other discomfort values and studying the inherent law among human heel, H point, hand point; finding out the function relation and drawing the conclusion of the study.2. It introduces the subjective evaluation method of the driver’s posture layout and the author makes a subjective evaluation on the "discomfort degree 2. 7" and "discomfort degree 3. 2" ergonomic verification mode according to these methods proposed in the paper. Through the analysis, the conclusion obtained from the subjective evaluation is consistent with the results obtained from the theoretical research. The correctness of the function relation obtained by analysis of RAMSIS software is verified and the practicability of the conclusion in the paper in the process of driver’s posture layout is supported.In the research process of the paper, the author puts forward the method of the driver’s posture layout and evaluation taking use of the method of inductive statistics and regression analysis etc. and researches into the influence of different posture on the driver’s discomfort and preliminary completes the research and application of the method of the vehicle driver’s posture layout with application to one production development car. |
