With the high popularity of the passenger car market growth rate of the bus driver,sedan,in addition to attention outside the vehicle chassis performance also began to pay more attention to driving comfort and practicality.In recent years,the domestic bus factory vehicle development began to change the original design from 2D to 3D design,and introduces the analysis method of RAMSIS and subjective evaluation mechanism,looking forward to the development stage by stage and verify the simulation test software based on subjective evaluation mechanism of the vehicle development process control,verification and optimization,to shorten the development cycle of vehicle to enhance the quality of vehicle development,and ultimately the product into the market with good customer satisfaction and competitiveness.Ergonomic design of work vehicle mostly in the driving region,while driving the largest layout is the dashboard,so do to improve the man-machine driver's comfort is of great help to the design and development of instrument.this paper takes the development of a highway bus over 10 meters as an example to study the ergonomic design,simulation analysis and object verification of the driving area.the main research contents are as follows:(1)through an analysis of the bus driver population,classified statistics for the three percentile China body size and the use of human model library in the RAMSIS software,the establishment of the three percentile of the corresponding model of the human body,for the actual design and development work.(2)use the man-machine engineering design tool of passenger car to analyze and construct the model,and use it to the man-machine design of passenger train.As the body model,H layout,Eyellipse,knee,abdominal envelope envelopes,hand reach envelopes and other tools of theoretical knowledge,application environment and method of use.(3)introduced the driving comfort evaluation method and standard,application of RAMSIS software to quickly call for checking model Chinese,application driver CAITA model,man-machine engineering design and simulation verification,including the driver sitting comfort zone,driving vision and driving area simulation analysis and extension of the hand,at the end of the check results optimization.(4)based on the research of RAMSIS comfort evaluation,the corresponding subjective evaluation mechanism and method are set up to verify.By choosing a comprehensive road,choose the size of different height testers,special training evaluation reduce the pure subjective factors on the evaluation results,and the sitting comfort,front view,instrument vision and comfort of operation of the main evaluation scoring,and generate the evaluation result shows radar driving area comfort quality items.Through the establishment of the planning design analysis and simulation verification-subjective evaluation-loop design and development processes,and ensure that optimized design scheme in the development process,implementation of excluding design defect at the early development stage,shorten the development cycle and reduce the development cost of test,to ensure that the project is expected to achieve the goal of planning in the city,improve the rate of the success.
