| With the rapid development of national economy and advance in science and technology, the widespread application of high speed train in China will become reality.As one of the most important necessary part,the bogie frame's property has significant impact on running safety of EMU .Firstly,the large-scale and general finite element software-ANSYS is employed to analyse the motor frame on EMU in speed of 200km/h by FEA in the paper. According to the analytical results, the static strength and fatigue strength of the frame are checked referring to JIS E 4207 and JIS E 4208.Secondly,A large of test data are processed in the paper ,and then the fatigue strength of motor frame are checked according to the former criterions of fatigue accessment.At last,the two results in different ways are compared and analysed in the paper,and we can find it necesserity to formulate code for design and calculation of the bogie frame in our country.Through the diverse analysis and comparation methods in the paper , 9 million kilometers servicing life requirement of the bogie frame on CRH2 EMU are testified reliabily,meanwhile the crucial principals are also supplied for reliability analysis and fatigue accessment of the EMU motor bogie. All of above are very significative for the development of high speed train in China. |
