220kV Xigemubian is the second point of electricity transmission network in our area, also is an important backbone nodes of our province’s electricity transmission network. Faced with the damage of smart grid communications, because of natural disasters, weather, environment, and a series of force majeure, it is necessary to carry out engineering 220 kV Xigemubian. when the region to tune the communication failure, the program of the second focal point of the regional center will replace the existing communication stations, as the hub of the region’s electric power communication. It is important to carry out this transformation for reliable operation of the power grid in the province, which can effectively solve the power problem of power communication network emergency response problems. Meanwhile, the research of this subject for the construction of other power substation communications network can provide references, have a certain reference value.Based on a wide literature in this paper, firstly, it analyzes the relevant question of SDH in the power system operating mode and regional transport network. Then it separately designs the program for the problem of transmission systems business channel dispatching exchange network and integrated data network and network management system. Finally, the test of transmission channel section and the NM department verified this designation in this paper to meet the construction hardware technical requirements of 220 kV Xigemubian as the second point of electricity transmission network.
