Macroporous lightweight insulation block is mainly consisted of volcanic ash and cement,by stirring,vibration,pressurized formed macroporous block.Useing the block make the wall and pulling the JK foam concrete into Macroporous block. Since the study is firstly proposed in China,few references,codes and qualifications can be used.This paper emphasizes the concrete mix design,production process of block.And comprehensive analyzed the thermal performance,sound insulation performance,anti-condensation properties,crack resistance of the macroporous block wall.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Making different block by cement,sand and cinder.And testing the compressive strength of the block.Determine the mix of lightweight aggregate concrete,which concrete can be used of produce macroprous block.The strength grade of the block is MU5,and density level is 1000,which block can be used of building infill walls and moist interior walls.And determine the concrete mix of macroprous block.The strength of the block is 4.4MPa,and density level is 800. Both of concrete mix need to be improved.2.Determined the production processes of the macroprous block and pouring process of JK foam concrete.This paper analyzed the material selection,concrete mixing process,the molding process.And put forward curing process and the block quality control requirements.Pouring foam concrete in macroprous block and test it compressive strength.3.This paper analyzed the thermal insulation,sound insulation anti condensation,heat insulation of the macroprous block wall.Conclusions are as follows.Density level of macroporous block is 1000.This block suit for the buildings in cold regions,which bulidings have more then 4 floors.Density level of macroporous block is 800.This block suit for the buildings in sever cold regions(C),which bulidings have more then 9 floors.The block don’t suit for the buildings in sever cold regions(C),which bulidings have 4-8 floors.Concrete mix need further adjustments,mainly to adjust the target is to reduce the density of lightweight aggregate concrete.Analyzed the sound insulation performance of macroporous block wall.Analyzed the anti-condensation properties of macroporous block wall by calculating the minimum thermal.The research results of this paper can provide reference for further study of macroporous lightweight thermal insulation block.
