The Research On The Relationship Between Resources Protection And Construction Of The Putuo Mount Scenic Zone

The landscape resource of Putuo Mount Scenic Zone is the priceless treasure of human beings as well as critical element of scenic spot. However, with the development of social productive forces and refined social division of labor, there is sharpening contradiction between construction and resources protection. The article will divide Putuo Mount Scenic Zone into Puji temple, Fayu temple and Huiji temple scenic area, according to the Scenic Zone’s evaluation standard, we evaluate the three aspects, as natural resources, history of the humanities, and development management of Putuo Mount Scenic Zone, applying the methods of Analytic hierarchy process(AHP), Fuzzy mathematics method. The problems existed in the three blocks and we put forward the proposal of the construction and management in the future. There are three main contradictions in the Putuo Mount Scenic Zone:the contradiction between tourism load and environmental carrying capacity; the contradiction between construction and resources protection; the contradiction between the mode of tourism economic and resources protection. The question of how to solve the contradiction between resources protection and construction development is of vital importance to Putuo Mount Scenic Zone.This paper takes the natural and cultural resources of the Putuo Mount Scenic Zone as research object, using literature research method combined with field research method. Through the analysis of related literature with field research data, come up with the concrete scheme of construction. The conclusion is that the main elements of the Putuo Mount Scenic Zone are hydrological geology landscape、 biology landscape、garden architecture、the historical and cultural sites、religion and cultural identity; In the construction of scenic spots, we should comply with the integrated planning and design, Inherit and carry forward the characteristic culture, control the landscape style and features; In the construction of tourism infrastructure, we should implement the principle of integrity, the principle of peculiarity and the principle of sustainability, in order to meet the synergetic development of Putuo Mount Scenic Zone.
