With the rapid development of the global economy, the supply of resources becomes more and more serious, and the ecological and environmental problems become more prominent. Wind energy is one of the non polluting energy sources, so the wind power generation is the most development of renewable energy in the future. In the development of wind power technology, the control technology is the most important, and its importance is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the control technology of wind turbine generator for the development of energy saving and energy saving. In reading a large number of domestic and foreign journal papers, and understanding the internal structure and power generation principle of wind turbine, the main research contents are summarized as follows:Firstly, the aerodynamic characteristics and the structure of the wind turbine are analyzed, and the physical model of the various parts of the wind turbine is established by using the Pro/Engineer software.Then the control technology of pitch control and pitch control technology are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the two control modes are compared. The main control system is designed by variable pitch control method.In the field of industrial control, the S7-200 PLC control ability is limited, it is suitable for local control, but for complex industrial field, it is necessary to use S7-300 PLC to realize system control. In this paper, the S7-200 PLC control for single wind power generation units is presented, and the control method of industrial Ethernet interconnection with S7-300 PLC is realized. Based on the existing experimental conditions, the experimental platform of S7-200/300 PLC, PC, servo motor and the host computer are built in the laboratory, and the experimental results of the single PLC and multiple PLC are carried out.At last, through the data analysis of the test data, the communication system has a fast response, accurate data transmission, and can effectively realize the system control.
