With the developing of architecture industry, there are more and more harmful influences coming. The effluent scrap and off sum which product with the buildings will pollute the environment, damaged the eco-systerm and harm people’s health. Nowadays, Our country has improved the level of protect the environment in construction field, and put forward the path of sustainable development.Fresh concrete waste refers to, for some reason can’t work in the concrete performance loss before casting and abandoned concrete mixture.The traditional way to recycle the concretes is to use sand-separator to process the separation of sand and stone, but it brings a lot of effluent and scrap, the pollutant emissions reached around 40%.To farthest improve the recycling of fresh concrete waste, We carried out the technical research of the subject.This topic technology is not waste of fresh concrete for simple physical separation and recycling, but is given priority to with chemical treatment, physical treatment and auxiliary composite processing.Without reducing the working performance of concrete under the premise of effective control of the concrete work time, at the same time meet the construction requirements for casting using.Technical route is to sleep the fresh concrete waste first, restore, maintain its working performance, let stand waiting, such as pouring construction again, recovery processing, to carry on the normal casting, realize recycling. By the dormancy treatment and recovery of two phases.This topic technology to realize the control of concrete hydration reaction, and satisfy the standard of concrete performance of the original design, and implementation of the fresh concrete waste recycling, recycling utilization rate can reach more than 95%, far greater than the traditional methods such as sand and gravel separation, basic implementation of "zero waste" and "zero pollution".
