| High frequency and power supply is a kind of switching power supply with high voltage switching frequency of about 40kHz. The main feature of this kind of power supply is:small volume, light in weight, high precision, fast dynamic response and high technical content. At present, high frequency & voltage alternating current power supply, which has a wide range of applications, sets foot in many fields,especially in the scientific research and experiments. For example, electric power cable, voltage test of power capacitor, electric dust precipitation and discharge water treatment. Now there are quiet a lot studies on it, but quiet few studies on the bipolar high frequency & voltage square wave source. The structure and principle on the bipolar high frequency & voltage square wave source was analyzed in this thesis. And it aims at design a bipolar high frequency & voltage square wave source with 10k output voltage at frequency ranges from 100 kHz to 100 kHz.How to work of the typical high frequency & voltage power supply is introduced in this assay, including rectifier circuit, chopper circuit, inverter circuit, etc. And the principles of IGBT and PWM are presented. Then the topology and the design ideas of the power supply are introduced in details. We use the PSIM to have a detailed simulation and analysis on every circuits of the main circuit, especially on the negative feedback voltage stability control system, depends on which the circuit optimizers are presented. In the end, the power supply circuit is divided into two parts: inverter circuit, rectifier circuit and regulating circuit with a negative feedback,. They are deeply analyzed with the help of experiments and a circuit board is made to realize the basic design requirements. The experiment results are given out to prove the power supply is available. |
