This paper, based on Vancl call center engineering construction project, uses the related theories and methods, identifies the risks in the process of construction,determines the scope, possibility, and effects of project risks, and formulate corresponding response and monitoring measures,to reduce the occurrence of risks as far as possible, shorten the project cycle, save the cost of the project, guarantee the project quality. Through the research, this paper summarizes experience, cards process and forms a mature and effective methods of engineering construction project risk management, in order to guide the subsequent construction projects.The paper mainly analyzes and researches the definition of call center engineering construcion, the management of risks and the model of risk management, discusses the specific methods of risk identification and risk assessment. According to the research on the background and implementationframework of this call center construction project, the specific implementation schedule and budget are evaluated, and the expected goal of this call center engineering construction is determined. Before carrying out risk assessment of VANCL call center project, this paper analyzes the cope of the project risk assessment, organization structure and process. This paper, first, uses questionnaire method to determine the risk factors and indicators, then establishes the risk evaluation system using analytic hierarchy process and expert judgment method, and finally reaches the highest risk indexes of VANCL call center engineering construction by weight calculating, in order to provide support for the risk monitoring and responsein the next step.Finally, according to the results of the risk assessment system, the paper believes that the risk of VANCL call center engineering construction projects should be monitored and responsed to in three aspects of contracting and construction risks,hardware deployment risks and staff roles risks, and puts forward fours measures to reduce project risks and provide guidance for future similar projects,including the audit of the construction program and key people appointment,risk estimate and review of different project stages,standardized contract agreement and risk emergency plan.
