| With the development of China’s economic construction,more and more engineering projects are putting into construction in China.Market competition is also increasingly fierce.And because the construction of engineering projects generally has the characteristics of long period,large investment,complex projects,so there are a lot of risk factors.Appropriate risk management and prediction of risk factors can avoid risks and reduce the impact of risks to the greatest extent.The construction of leisure center has been widely concerned by the society because of its extensive demand and strong practicability.But on the one hand,due to the widespread existence of leisure center construction has the characteristics of large construction scale,wide area,high quality requirements,large capital investment and tight time limit,etc.,on the other hand,due to the lack of professional infrastructure project participants in China,the prevalence rate of new equipment is low,as a result,China’s leisure center project construction is easy to produce problems in personnel management,project progress,project quality and other aspects.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the risk management of leisure center construction.Firstly,this paper introduces the general situation of the construction project,and explains the construction scale,organization and management,construction background and other basic information of the leisure center.Secondly,based on the principle,purpose and process of risk identification,this paper introduces the risk factors of the leisure center construction project of Y Company,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent risk assessment and risk management countermeasures.Then,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are respectively used to evaluate the risk factors of the leisure center construction project of Y Company,and it is found that the possibility of risk factors such as technology risk,human resource risk,management design risk and project external risk decreases in turn.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the risk management and control countermeasures for the leisure center construction project of Y Company are proposed,and the human resource risk,management and design risk,technical risk,project construction risk and other aspects are comprehensively improved.This paper takes the construction of the leisure center of Y Company as the research object,so as to avoid the occurrence of risk factors in the construction process of the leisure center of Y Company,ensure the smooth completion of the project,and also enrich the theoretical and empirical research of risk management. |
