With the virtue of precision, reliability high efficiency and high power density,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is widely used in daily life,industrial production, defense and aerospace industries and so on.Sensorless PMSM has always been a research focus,which has the characteristics of nonlinear, variability,high order and strong coupling.PMSM control is a difficult problem in the field of servo control. The control strategy of the PMSM in this paper is the intelligent control algorithm, the research content mainly includes the PMSM control technology and intelligent PID speed control technology.1, This paper introduces the basic principle of PMSM space coordinate transformation, the mathematical model and the space vector modulation technology. The strategy of the field oriented control(FOC) is determined.2, This paper introduces the design of the non sensing technology, including the motor starting and the sliding mode control. A current loop starting algorithm is designed for the starting of the motor. In this paper, the design of a variable structure sliding mode controller is designed, and the estimation of the motor position and speed is realized.3, This paper introduces the basic content of PID, fuzzy PID and PID. The dual fuzzy immune PID control algorithm is designed. The PID is adjusted by the fuzzy controller of kp,ki and kd, then the immune feedback controller is combined with another PID to complete the feedback control of the speed control system.At last, the algorithm is simulated by MATLAB, and the results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.4,Designing a 60-watt hardware verification platform and associated software modules to proceed a series of experients. This paper justifies the fessibility of the present algorithm by analysing the data and wavefor.
