The Design And Implementation Of Monitoring System Of Harmonic Filter For Microgrid

As one effective supplement for large power grid, the microgrid has many advantages and huge development potential. Because of its operating features, the power quality problem as by-product need to be envisaged and solved. This paper summarizes and analyzes the typical monitoring system of microgrid. Aiming at the harmonic filter for microgrid and according to the communication criterion of existing monitoring demonstration platform of microgrid which is about the disclosure of agreements and unrelated relationship with manufactures, it puts forward the comprehensive remote monitoring scheme with Labview as master unit development tool. To develop monitoring software for master unit, Labview adopts the programming mode of data flow and establishes one comprehensive monitoring system on the PC, to realize real-time data monitoring, fidelity display of waveform and effective issuing of control orders.The key unit of signal processing and control of harmonic filter adopts TMS320F28335 data processing chip of TI company. To meet the requirement that the slave unit monitors multipath variables and in communication principle of ensuring compatibility with existing communication monitoring platform, this paper completes communication program coding for slave unit with the help of CCS3.3compilation development environment after selecting and establishing Modbus communication protocol. The signal data after being treated by the device go through serial output to communication manager and are converted to transport via Ethernet from serial output by the communication manager to access network port. At PC terminal, the supporting monitoring software is designed and developed with Labview to realize communication display and data access between monitoring software and supplement device, which completes monitoring and control to operating harmonicfilter. The monitoring system of harmonic filter provides accurate supporting data and reliable evaluating basis for study on harmonic filter of microgrid.
