| Water conservancy project is an important material basis of national economic and social development, and it plays a very important role in people’s daily life. Management is the key to the successful implementation of the water conservancy project and the key to realize the function of water conservancy project, and is an important part of the whole water conservancy work. The research methods of this paper are the combination of theoretical research and case study. Theoretical research is mainly literature method, accessing to a large number of relevant literature, using of inductive reasoning, the status quo and characteristics of China’s acquaintance society systematically, and the management of small water conservancy projects, etc. Through questionnaire method, the effect of city of Aon the small water conservancy project management is investigated, and then suing SPSS statistical software to analyze the problem.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, in the daily work, I experience personally to the acquaintance society’s influence on China’s small and medium-sized water conservancy project management, and focus on the problems of this study; water conservancy engineering can protect quality quantity completed directly related to the vital interests of the masses of the people in relation to our country agriculture problem, so it is very important practical value.The second part is about related theories. Firstly, the connotation of small water conservancy project management and its influence factors. Secondly, the paper introduces the specific situation of our own unit, introduces the small water conservancy including reservoir management, management of embankment, water diversion project management, irrigation engineering management, and in the process of engineering construction. The most important factor is people, and is influenced by the traditional social factors-"acquaintance society"The third part mainly analysis questionnaire. Using the questionnaire and statistical analysis method, the random sampling of 6 small water conservancy projects, through the management questionnaire and staff questionnaire, the whole project from the beginning to the end as the main line, finding that the bidding information is more convenient, but also has the potential; the successful bidder without serious field survey, the relationship is more familiar with the construction team, but more prone to security risks, engineering quality to be strictly reviewed; part of the management of the lack of technical and professional assurance.The fourth part is to study the suggestion. First of all, the basic situation of the objective evaluation of the project; secondly, standardize the bidding process, purify the tender environment; thirdly, strengthening the construction of the project, the implementation of supervision and management; finally, the strict implementation of the contract and training of high quality management personnel, etc.This paper is a systematic analysis of the current social environment in China, the construction of water conservancy projects from the tender, until the final delivery of the use of maintenance, will be the impact of social acquaintances, but at the same time we are now gradually to the stranger social transition, began to use legal constraints, so that the specific issues raised strategies, such as serious and objective assessment of engineering; strict implementation of the contract; training of high quality management personnel, etc., with practical guidance. |
