Amorphous alloy material has been applied gradually in the permanent magnet motor, at present the testing method is still in the traditional method of silicon steel sheet testing phase, there has not been customized test platform for its characteristic. As the permanent magnet servo motor is widely used, it has been urgent for a set of automatic test system to meet the demand of the increasing production of scientific research. Therefore, design a high degree of automation, precision stability test system has very practical significance.In this paper, in view of the difference between amorphous alloy material with conventional material properties of silicon steel sheet, combined with sample material testing requirements of GBT 3658-2008 standard, software for the design of the relevant calculation and data processing has been achieved. System uses PC- BASE computer control system, controlled by computer software to complete the test operation. Hardware system is set up with the WT230 combined with high frequency power supply cable, and connecting with the serial port communication technology, rapid acquisition of test data has been realized.The acquisition of data required of amorphous alloy material is limited, on the other hand, the data types and numbers of permanent magnet servo motor test is huge. In order to ensure the accuracy of test data acquisition, choose high precision, with the function of microprocessor digital instrument. In addition, in the process of a large number of data processing, the system introduced the least squares algorithm for optimization, in order to achieve the purpose of improving processing accuracy. To realize modular and expand of programming, using graphic programming language LabVIEW programming, system function diversity, easy to expand, which has friendly man-machine interface and easy to operate.Finally, finished the automatic test for 24 pieces of amorphous alloy material and permanent magnet servo motor prototype with system, a detailed analysis and comparison of test results show to us. It’s proved that the platform reduced the labor intensity and avoided the error caused by human factors, realized material and automatic control of motor test. The system has a high degree of automation, easy to use, stable and reliable, high measurement precision.
