Especially in recent years, with the development of the two provinces economy, traffic volume and its load is growing rapidly, make originally poor operating conditions of the road more and more serious damage, has been unable to adapt to the current transportation needs. Therefore, the objective of the implementation of transport corridor between with the greater Hinggan mountains in Inner Mongolia region, improve the road network configuration, improve the efficiency of transportation, meet the demand of traffic growth, further extend the range of main economic radiation, promote the development of dual economy, the development and utilization of resources is of great significance.At first, this paper USES the method of OD survey and cross section traffic volume observation method of analysis to the existing traffic investigation, using the method of elastic coefficient of the road traffic flow over the next 20 years, to guide the next design.Second, give full consideration to the road construction condition and the influence of other factors, emphatically analyzed the old road status and disease reason, on the premise of try to use the old road design engineering solutions.Again, this USES the economic benefit of project construction and operation periods than (EBCR), economic net present value (ENPV), economic internal rate of return (EIRR) and economic investment payback period (N) of the national economy evaluation on the four indicators, to complete the investment estimation and forecast economic benefits, and according to the estimated cost and traffic may change the size of the sensitivity analysis.Finally, wall make full use of the old road under the premise of analyzing the land and reasonable compensation cost; "Three" at the same time in strict accordance with the requirements of analysis of the environmental impact of project construction, put forward the countermeasures to slow the progress of the project; Take "the project" and "the project" contrast method to evaluate energy conservation vehicle fuel consumption over the next 20 years.According to the results of the investigation and analysis, prediction and evaluation, to determine whether the project is feasible.
