Distributed energy is an energy use method that has emerged in recent years to provide energy supply to users using small equipment.Compared with the traditional centralized energy system,because of the combination of power generation,heating,cooling and other energy service functions,distributed energy can effectively achieve the cascade utilization of energy,to achieve higher energy comprehensive utilization efficiency.In this paper,Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport Energy Center project as the research object,before the investment decision,the project to carry out a comprehensive technical and economic analysis of the scientific demonstration.This article mainly uses the literature method,the case analysis method,the quantitative and the qualitative combination analysis method,respectively from the technical feasibility,the economic and social influence,the environmental impact,the project existence risk and so on to carry on the feasibility demonstration to this project,this article mainly gets the following conclusion:(1)This article combines the project location resources,respectively from the investment,Comparison of programme Ⅰ,Programme Ⅱ and Programme Ⅲ from the point of view of technical indicators and operating energy costs,and use this as the basis for programme selection.Finally,from three sets of schemes,option two(triple supply+flue gas hot water bromine cooler+water storage+chiller+municipal heat)is the best scheme.To improve the economy of the project,but also through multi-energy integration to enhance energy supply security,improve the proportion of renewable energy utilization,highlighting the Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport Energy Center low-carbon development concept.(2)This paper makes a feasibility demonstration of the project through three aspects of economic and social impact,environmental impact and risk analysis.Mainly obtained the following conclusions:economic and social impact,the project using gas distributed energy units,with hot and cold electronic supply,energy cascade utilization,unit efficiency characteristics,in line with the national industrial Policy,representing the development direction of China’s energy use,for the realization of Shandong province,"Twelve-Five" Energy consumption and total emission control objectives of major pollutants,building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society has a exemplary role,environmental impact,in response to the environmental damage caused by construction in time to take timely measures to protect,risk,in line with the National Natural gas utilization policy,in line with national environmental protection policy,Meet the requirements of Zhejiang Province Energy saving and emission reduction work plan.Have a strong ability to resist policy risks.(3)Based on the analysis of the indicators of financial evaluation,this paper,after the implementation of the project to achieve the expected input-output effect,the project after-tax project financial internal rate of return 13.48%,financial net present value(ic=12%)13.65 million yuan,static investment payback period(including construction period)7.3 years.The internal rate of return on project capital was 18.23%.Project investment profit margin 8.54%,net capital margin of 17.57%.Profit and loss balance point 57.56%.The internal rate of return of the project is slightly greater than the internal rate of return of similar projects,so the project is economically feasible,better effective and has a certain ability to resist risks.
