Feasibility study is an important research method of early project construction,intermediate operation and final implementation of the project.Through scientific exhaustive feasibility studies,it is possible to predict the possible design schemes and construction of various aspects of the project from design,construction to later use and maintenance Technology,social impact,cost investment,conservation operation and other issues listed before and after the round can be more comprehensive from the initial stage to avoid the program unreasonable,difficult construction,investment unreasonable,social impact and other issues.The demolition and reconstruction project of urban bridges,especially the demolition and reconstruction project of important bridges across the river main roads in the city,often cause difficulties in construction,so there is a lot of pressure on Bao Tong,involving many departments of property right,difficulty in demolition and disassembly,longer construction period,The feasibility study is particularly important.Daqing Road,Zhoukou City,is the main traffic artery in the north and south of Zhoukou City.After the Dan River Bridge on Daqing Road appeared dangerous and broken line,it had a great impact on local traffic.The local government decided to rebuild Shahe Bridge of Daqing Road.In this paper,Daqing Road,Zhoukou City,Shaheqiao reconstruction project as the background,focusing on four aspects of the feasibility of the project were studied:First of all,the current situation of road,bridge and tunnel,municipal facilities and traffic volume in the area where the project is located are investigated and analyBed,and the feasibility and necessity of the project construction are clarified.Secondly,the natural conditions and basic data of the area are discussed,Scale and technical standards.Thirdly,the project plan is demonstrated emphatically.Through the bridge construction,cross-sectional layout,ease of construction,maintenance,construction period,cost,landscape design,bridge maintenance and management,Construction land and demolition,adoption of new technologies and environmental and safety aspects,a(60+195+60)m Cable stayed bridge with double cable planes on Twin Towers bridge is proposed as the recommended plan.Finally,economic evaluation and social environmental benefit analysis are carried out.Research shows,this project urgently needs to resume the cross-Strait transportation and economic development as soon as possible and is in line with the urban road network planning of Zhou kou City.It is necessary for urban development and is feasible and secure in terms of engineering technology and project construction funds Therefore,the construction ofthis project is necessary and feasible,and it is suggested to start the preparatory work for the previous period as soon as possible..The research results of this paper provide a relatively detailed reference for the reconstruction of Shahe Bridge in Daqing Road,Zhoukou City,and provide comparison and selection of research methods for similar reconstruction and reconstruction projects.
