In recent years, China has witnessed rapid economic development and great increase of people’s living standards. There have appeared many groups of construction like office buildings, shopping malls, large supermarkets and exhibition halls in our city. With the increase of the need to long span and big room, the application of large-span structure gets more abroad and the span gets bigger and bigger. Because of the complex structure, the construction becomes more difficult. So it is very necessary to simulate and analysis the structure before the construction.Taken Wanda Mau theme parks as the research object, the paper research the whole process of the steel structure truss from the component factory processing to the scene structure hoisting. Through the finite element analysis software MIDAS to simulate wanda mau theme park construction process, we can guide the truss arch camber and analyze the feasibility of construction scheme to optimize the construction scheme and provide evidence for reasonable construction process. The main contents are as follows:1. This paper introduces the component factory processing production process, especially the bending component processing production, and puts forward the measures to improve the machining accuracy of component;2. Through to expound the steel structure construction deployment, support bracket assembled, truss and steel structure assembled folded four aspects, we can find out the key points and difficulties in construction; At the same time, lifting of truss and fixed needed to pay attention to the problems were emphatically expounded, and the set of the lifting point and the calculation and study on the choice of snap ring, provide experience for future similar projects and Suggestions;3. By using finite element analysis software, the structure of the whole construction process simulation to verify the hoisting and installation sequence, temporary support solutions, and feasibility and security of uninstall program; Though the calculation and analysis of the supporting wheel carrier system to ensure the strength and stability of the jig’s requirements, it can provide the theoretical basis for the establishment of construction scheme.4. Through the truss deformation monitoring to analyze the deformation of construction and monitoring, we can verify the consistency of theoretical analysis and practical engineering and provide evidence for the selection of construction methods.
