The performance of NVH(Noise, Vibration and Harshness) is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of automobile. In the current increasingly fierce market competition, especially in commercial vehicle market, The vehicle vibration and noise reduction work has attracted more and more attention to the automobile development team, It will be one of the core competitiveness of the car enterprises in the future. The engine is one of the most important source of automobile vibration, the powertrain mounting system is an elastic connection system between the vehicle powertrain and the frame. The isolation performance of vibration will be directly related to the displacement of vibration and vibration of the engine which will transmit to the frame and body. Therefore, the design and research of the powertrain mounting system is an indispensable part of the vehicle vibration and noise reduction.In this paper, “A Foton truck vibration and noise reduction research”project is the background, We found the problem by testing and analyzing the vibration and noise of the key parts of the vehicle. Summarized the relevant theory of the optimum design of the powertrain mounting system of the truck and analyzed the related research optimization method. On this basis, applicating the energy decoupling technique, compile the optimum calculation and analysis software SIMMOUNT with the restriction of the natural frequency of the system, and study the principle and method of moment of inertia tester. Finally, established the dynamic model of the powertrain mounting system by using the software SIMMOUNT, analyzed the natural frequency and energy decoupling of the system and analyzed sensitivity curves of the two. Through the loading test and analysis of the pre- and post- suspension system, the resonance failure of the truck is solved effectively,at the same timethe feasibility of this method is proved.
