With the transformation and upgrading of China's automotive products,consumers are increasingly demanding the vibration and noise performance of vehicles.Therefore,it is particularly important to have good NVH performance.The vehicle's powertrain mounting system,as the main vibration isolation component of the vehicle,is one of the key subsystems of the vehicle.Studying the vibration isolation performance of the powertrain mounting system during vehicle design and development,it is of great significance to attenuate the vibration transmission of the powertrain from the transmission path.Based on the design strategy,software and specifications of the project-oriented power-train suspension system,the forward development technology platform of the whole vehicle power-train suspension subsystem can be formed.Improving the NVH performance of the vehicle from the aspects of optimizing and designing the powertrain mount system and its components.According to the relevant theory of the powertrain mount system,the optimization design software was compiled,and the design specifications of the mount system were deeply studied to comprehensively meet the matching optimization design of the mount system,and the power of the development model was improved by this method.The NVH performance of the assembly mount system provided excellent performance and vibration isolation of the powertrain mount system.Based on the platform,which is beneficial to overcome the current domestic automobile power-train mount system imitate-test-test blindness that exist in the development mode,improve design efficiency and quality,promote the harshness(NVH)generic technology independent development of the industry.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The design evaluation and optimization strategy of the power-train suspension system were studied,and the rigid-body modal decoupling strategy of the suspension system was determined,as well as the limit displacement control strategy of 28 typical working conditions.2.The development of power-train mount system software research,compiled the suspension system based on Matlab environment MountLab decoupling calculation software,including transverse 3 point and 4 point suspension system application,and the longitudinal buy 3 point and 4 point suspension system application.The 6-order mode frequency,mode and mode decoupling degree of any supporting point suspension system could be solved,which provided a fast and effective tool for the comparison of different design schemes of the suspension system.3.The study of power-train mount system design specification,prepared by the suspension system design specification,able to guide suspension system decoupling design,displacement profile design,bracket stiffness design and related validation test,fully met the demand of design match suspension system.4.Based on the above research,the real vehicle verification used the developed special MountLab calculation software,and followed the development and design specifications of the powertrain mount system,and finally the designing mount NVH performance were verified.Through the vehicle verification of the powertrain rigid body modal test,the mount system vibration isolation rate test,the vehicle interior vibration and noise test,etc.,the optimal optimization design scheme of the powertrain mount system of the vehicle was obtained,and the vehicle NVH performance was improved.Through the above research,a set of effective design and development specifications for the suspension system of power-train ware obtained.At the same time,a set of special software for the development of power-train mount system was developed,including horizontal and vertical suspension systems and 3-point and 4-point suspension systems.The design was more reliable and efficient.It could realize the NVH performance design and optimization of the suspension system,and had complete matching ability with the vehicle.
