In our country, the CRH series of EMU is used to plan preventive maintenance system, this maintenance system is the maintenance regulations for different levels according to the EMU running mileage or operation time. The wheel turning is the important content of serving the emu overhaul, The running of the train is bound to cause abrasion on the surface of the wheel, Wheel surface directly affect the wheel/rail contact geometry relationship, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of vehicle operation, Maintenance personnel must develop a wheel turning strategy for turning the wheel trim. The wheel set lathing strategy including the wheel turning modification the formulation, formulation of wheel turning repair cycle, the wheel set maintenance limit.In this paper, the LMA-shaped wheel of CRH2 EMU is used as the object of study. The CRH2 was established based on software SIMPACK multi-body dynamics model, and using the NURBS curve modeling methods according to the thin rim of wheel profile curve design criterion, design completed the rim thickness is 28 mm wheel profile curve design. By using dynamic simulation method to analyze different wheel surface, which includes LMA-28 and LMA dynamic performance comparison simulation analysis and dynamic performance analysis of LMA-28 shaped surface in different wear state. The influence of the wear on the dynamic performance of LMA-28, In order to improve the wheel turning to fix the economy, in accordance with the principle of wheel turning repair strategy formulation for existing wheel turning strategy put forward Suggestions for improvement. Specific recommendations for improvement include improved maintenance rim thickness limit improvements and secondary overhaul rep air cycle wheel turnings. According to the above research conclusion of this article is an important research results-economy turning repair strategy, Which mainly include the formulation of economic turnings surface modification and repair programs specific wheel turnings. Finally we completed a research paper-wheel turning recommendations for improvements and economic policies lathing economic theory.In this paper, the type CRH2 EMU wheels turning repair strategy research has certain reference significance; the improvement of the wheel strategy results in economic and turning strategies in prolonging life, has important significance to reduce wheel turnings cost; At the same time, this studies to further perfect the CRH2 EMU maintenance procedures have a certain reference value.
