In this paper, the use of general purpose finite element ANSYS software, combined with extensive reading in literature at home and abroad on the basis of the application element, beam elements and shell elements, using the response spectrum method, a flexible time-law, static failure of law and overseas building response spectrum method to calculate, for a proposed high-rise buildings were analyzed. As follows:(1) the use of ANSYS software structure of the modal analysis and the use of technology for the first three cycles apdl quantitative analysis.(2) of the Siamese twin beam conversion with high-rise building in a multi-earthquake response spectrum under the flexible schedule, and overseas building static failure of the response spectrum analysis.(3) the adoption of different software, different working conditions, according to the existing "Code for Seismic Design of Building" GB50011-2001 were analyzed.Work in the above basis, come to the following recommendations for similar projects in the future structure of the designers, researchers refer to (discussion).(1) the quality and stiffness for non-uniform structure, the "story drift ratio and stiffness ratio of the design of dual-control" design concept.(2) in the actual modeling of two beam elements instead of the actual conversion of a modeling approach to simplify beam transmission was not clear, in the beam element and the upper wall in the coordination of different deformation. Recommend the use of or full shell element for analysis.(3) from this data analysis results of the overall indicator, PKPM partial conservative calculation.(4) In the case of plane non-uniform stiffness, the level of the role of internal forces of mutation, just one after another part of the design of the proposed corridors completely shell element.
