Aero-engine accessory gearbox is one of the key components of Aero-Engine, Its role is to provide torque during engine starting. The gear failure will directly affect the whole engine work, and good lubrication is an important guarantee for the gear normal operation. Research on the gear failure besides the theoretical analysis, more need to use gear test equipment to carry out experimental research. Therefore, in order to improve the transmission performance of aero-engine accessory gearbox, and increase the reliability and service life of the gear transmission system, There is an urgent need for research on related problems of gear lubrication test bench.Gear oil injection lubrication has two functions: cooling and lubrication, The cooling performance of the gear is related to different fuel injection parameters; At the same time, the gear lubrication effect is closely related to the tooth surface temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the research of tooth surface cooling performance test bench and tooth surface temperature test bench.At present, a lot of researches have been done on spray characteristics, the influence factors of jet direction deviation, But for the influence of different injection angle on the cooling performance research is still less. Multi group experiments were carried out,obtain the variation of tooth surface temperature under different injection angles; Finally, the test results are compared with simulation results, Get the law that influence of different injection angle on the cooling performance.For gears under high speed conditions, When meshing, a lot of heat is generated to increase the gear tooth surface temperature, Easy to produce tooth bonding failure problems etc, Not up to the design life. With the gear tooth surface temperature is closely related to various failure modes, In order to reduce the gear failure, prolong the service life of the gear, Urgent need to study the tooth surface temperature test. This paper aimed at the research of the tooth surface temperature test, the tooth surface temperature test bench is designed. establish the model of the test bench, carry out the structural analysis of the test bench. Using the thermal network method for thermal analysis of gear box, Using MATLAB to calculate the tooth surface temperature under different working conditions. Then using infrared thermal imaging technology for tooth surface temperature measurement test, Comparative test results and simulation results, Prove the test bench test function can satisfy the design requirements.This paper aiming at gear lubrication problem, Manufacturing tooth surface cooling performance test bench and tooth surface temperature test bench. And the verification test was carried out. In the research process, the heat flow coupling, the gear box thermal network analysis method and the MATLAB temperature joint solution are used in the study, The law of tooth surface cooling and the change of gear temperature under different working conditions were obtained. It has a certain theoretical value and guiding significance for the aero engine accessory gearbox lubrication system design.
