The thesis makes a thermo-mechanical coupled analysis on rotor system, the core component of twin-screw compressor, with finite element analysis technology and conducts rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation combing with multi-body dynamics analysis software to study the impact of thermal deformation on dynamic characteristics of the rotors;analyzing dynamic characteristics of the screw rotor by using ADAMS, researching the effect of dynamic characteristics which the installation error creates; on the basis of experimental analysis, carrying on the error analysis of shell parts installed by male and female rotor bearings, raising a compensation and optimization method of machine tool NC codes, and has been successfully applied in the enterprise’s actual production of the shell parts, which can effectively improve the machining accuracy.. This main content of this paper as follows:1.Using the Hyper Mesh to carry out meshing to the male and female rotor, the finite element analysis Ansys pretreatment to the screw rotor model, the finite element model of the rotor system is obtained. Based on the theory of structure thermal coupling analysis, using the finite element analysis software, temperature field distribution and thermal deformation situation of the double-rotating-pair is gained,meantime generating the MNF file.2.Importing the MNF file to ADAMS, achieving simulating analysis of coupling motive between the rigid and flexible, analyze the influence rules of thermal deformation on dynamic characteristics of the rotors.3.Based on multi-body system dynamics, ensuring the collision contact parameters between the rotor, analyzing the dynamic characteristics of rotor system. Processing analysis on the type of installation error of the rotor, studying the influences which lead to by different types of installation error on double-rotating-pair.4.Exploring the machining error sources of shell parts which bring in rotors installation error, a compensation and optimization method of CNC machining program is put forward.Through the experiment for the processing optimization of shell, the machining accuracy is improved obviously.
