Processing and manufacturing resources are the underlying important resources of the equipment manufacturing industry, at present, the whole manufacturing industry is under the networked manufacturing environment, how to realize the digitization, agility and networking of the manufacturing resource, is the problem that is urgently needed to solve. Processing and manufacturing capability studied in this paper, a kind of invisible resources in the form of dynamic combination for the processing and manufacturing resources, is of great research value. Revolve around digital manufacturing and agile manufacturing, through the establishment of the processing and manufacturing capacity model and the matching of resources, to realize the aim of the networked service for the enterprise.According to the goal of processing and manufacturing capacity servitization, build the architecture of processing and manufacturing ability servitization; in view of the characteristics of underlying processing and manufacturing resources to classify, and sort out the manufacturing resources that best represent processing and manufacturing capacity: machine tools, cutting tools, and human resources, to dynamically combine, to redefine processing and manufacturing capacity, and to classify; finally, to extract the processing and manufacturing capacity attribute to make a formal expression, to build the model of processing and manufacturing capacity, and the instance is given.The knowledge base of processing and manufacturing ability is created, the system framework of the knowledge base of processing and manufacturing ability is given, system building environment, system function modules and system implementation process are included; the whole creation process, composition and Internal connection of the knowledge base of processing and manufacturing ability are stated; according to the composition of processing and manufacturing capacity corresponding to build two knowledge bases: processing function library and processing resource library, the process of establishing the two libraries is discussed in detail, and the content is contained in the library.In order to ensure the processing and manufacturing capability of resource searching and matching smoothly in the process of processing and manufacturing capability servitization, research is mainly focused on matching of the processing and manufacturing ability and the task, to formulate the detailed matching rules for machining features and examples, to main apply the ontology matching algorithm in the period, to make full use of cutting experience knowledge to perform matching, to achieve good matching result.Finally, combined with the above research, the acquisition process of processing and manufacturing capability is analyzed and verified, to reference processing and manufacturing capacity established model, the knowledge base of processing and manufacturing capability is used as a resource pool for search and matching, according to the corresponding matching rules, to choose a milling process instance, to acquire processing and manufacturing capacity.
