With the development of the national economy, single and small batchproduction enterprises, because of their high degree of product customization andfast-speed of demand response,have been growing rapidly on researching, experiment,manufacturing, maintenance and repairing of large-scale basic equipments in energyindustry, marine engineering, heavy machinery and other industries.As there is noenough information to judge the matching degree between order manufacturingdemands and enterprise manufacturing capability, the delivery date and order cost, itis a difficult thing to make orders decisions for single and small batch productionenterprises, which will limit their growth and development. Therefore, the paper hasresearched modeling technology based on feature and the standardization technologyof process and man-hour, and proposed a matching approach between manufacturingdemand and capability in order to predict manufacturing cost and delivery date, whichwill reduce the risk of order decisions. The main research results are as follows.(1) Part demand model and machine capacity model were constructed based onfeature in order to get the manufacturing demand of order quickly and describe themanufacturing capacity of equipment correctly. Demand model and capacity modelare both divided into the basic feature and shape feature. The size, accuracy, surfacequality and other manufacturing information were put together to form shape feature,which is the basic unit of the two models. Through the example of some part andequipment resources, the efficiency of the modeling method was verified.(2) The standardization method of process and man-hour was put forward basedon existing research results. In the aspect of process, part coding systems weresummarized base on group technology and a improved method was offered based onfuzzy clustering method. At the same time, the man-hour of feature was described.The method of classification and regression tree was applied to calculate theman-hour of features in order to get the manufacturing cost and delivery date quickly.(3) The matching model was constructed base on the standardization of processand man-hour. A new approach was put forward to matching feature process matrixwith equipment capacity matrix based on Analytic Hierarchy Process andIntuitionistic Fuzzy Sets so that the integrity and unity of the matching process was ensured. Three membership functions were constructed for the different attributes ofshape features so as to achieve quantified description of the ambiguity and hesitationof the matching process. The feasibility and effectiveness of the matching model andmatching method are verified through examples.
