Human Factors Research In Civil Aviation Maintenance Accident Based On REASON Model

With the continuous development of social economy, China’s civil aviation industry has made considerable progress. Civil aviation maintenance is the material premise of civil aviation industry, the safety and reliability of civil aviation flight. In the past, the civil aviation industry, the aircraft construction, equipment configuration technology as a research focus, it is generally emphasized by the equipment and mechanical performance improvements to improve security. And with the continuous development of the aviation industry, human factors in the process of maintenance has gradually evolved into the main factor in the accident, makes our country’s civil aviation pays serious price. According to the statistical data show that:the world civil aviation maintenance accidents in the 85% within the human factor, so the study of civil aviation maintenance of human factors in the development of civil aviation industry has a very important significance.At present, our country civil aviation maintenance human factors for study only stay in qualitative research, lack of system and in-depth quantitative research, lead to human factors has been can not get effective control, which is not conducive to human error prevention and intervention of maintenance. This paper expounds the development of civil aviation maintenance, and analyzes the strategies and ideas of civil aviation maintenance. At the same time, according to the nature and performance of human error in civil aviation maintenance, the civil aviation maintenance human error classification, and establish the corresponding model. In addition, according to the general rules of human factors in civil aviation maintenance, the form of human error in civil aviation maintenance is listed, and the causes of the factors are analyzed in detail. At the same time, according to its causes, puts forward specific solutions and suggestions, in order to use the most accurate way of management of civil aviation maintenance human factors for prevention, and based on the model of a comprehensive analysis of the relevant cases, draw the corresponding conclusions.
