| Some studies show that job burnout is related to human-factor risk.On the other hand, the organizational support theory shows that organization’s concern and attention to employees can effectively alleviate employees’ negative consciousness and behavior, not only stimulate employees’ enthusiasm for work and improve work efficiency. However,it is still unclear whether the sense of organizational support can reduce the risk of human factors, improve the quality of service and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. In view of this, this paper takes the employees of several large civil aviation enterprises in China as the research object, through questionnaires, interviews and other forms, analyzes the relationship between organizational support, job burnout and human risk control of civil aviation airport employees, and studies the relationship between job burnout and human risk control with the organizational support feeling of civil aviation airport employees as the regulating variable.Effective data were carried out by SPSS21.0 statistical software, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of questionnaire. The results show that age, post, income level and other demographic variables have significant effects on the sense of organizational support and job burnout of civil aviation employees.Among them,35-44 years old employees had the highest job burnout and risk, while 25-34 years old employees had the most significant job support.Employees earning less than ¥2000 have the highest sense of job burnout and risk, while employees with income of ¥6500 and ¥8000 have the strongest sense of organizational support. At the same time, the results of regression analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation between job burnout and human risk of civil aviation airport employees. There is a significant negative correlation between the sense of organizational support and the risk of civil aviation airport employees. When civil aviation airport practitioners feel a high sense of organizational support,it helps to reduce human risk. Finally, with the help of intermediary variable research,it is found that organizational support plays a significant role in regulating job burnout and human risk management. |
