As the core component of complicated equipments, the integrated control system plays a decisive role in the process of working. It is very important to test the performances and functions of the integrated control system to ensure the reliability of the system before formal working. Automatic test system is currently used in the domestic and abroad to realize the automatic test of the integrated control system. With the development of science and technology, the types and models of equipments are increasing. The automatic test system is facing the challenges of reliability, universality and standardization. Aiming at the flight vehicle integrated control system, the corresponding automatic test technology is studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of the hardware interfaces and testability design technique of the integrated control system, the specific test items are divided in this paper to ensure the coverage of the test. According to the characteristics of the integrated control system, the overall automatic test system is designed and the ATE is set up by using the PXI bus technology. The test methods of different test items are studied, and the automatic test flow is designed. In order to improve the generality and standardization of the test system, the automatic test language are studied in this paper, the testing system is described on the basis of ATML standard.Based on the overall structure of the automatic test system, the system softwares are divided into two parts which are respectively named the ATE software and the UUT software.The test strategy is taken by using the ATE software to send test command to the UUT to control the execution of the UUT in this paper. As the main control part of the test system, the ATE software is developed based on the VxWorks embedded real-time operating system to ensure the real-time capability. Being the execution part of the test task, the UUT software is developed as the DSP programs. In order to improve the human-computer interaction capability of the test system, the graphics interface of the ground computer is developed by using MINIGUI.The automatic test technology researched in this paper achieves the comprehensive automatic test of the flight vehicle integrated control system. The ATS developed in this paper completes all of the environment experiments needed by the project company, which can accurately locate the fault with the wonderful ability of human-computer interaction and universality, as well as meeting the acceptance requirements of the project.
