| At present,all kinds of distributed node test equipment in the target lane of small weapons are scattered.The number of nodes is large and the system is heterogeneous.The most important is that there is no unified time baseline between nodes.Therefore,how to manage these equipment and test data effectively plays a very important role in the development,performance evaluation and improvement of small weapons system.In this paper,the distributed network node testing equipment of the whole trajectory of small arms is taken as the research object,which is divided into standard,non-standard equipment and network node clock synchronization trigger unit according to the different characteristics of all kinds of equipment.Considering the management of different test tasks,different instrument resources and test data,this paper analyzes and studies the test information management,instrument resources management and data management in the whole ballistic test of small arms.Using Labwindows/CVI as the main development tool,the software platform of small arms ballistic testing management based on ATML is designed and implemented.In the module of test information management,the method of test information description based on ATML is studied deeply.Through IEEE1671.2 and IEEE1671.6sub-components,the testing information of instrument and equipment resources in the whole ballistic testing system of small arms is defined and described in detail.In addition,the encapsulation and parsing of test information are realized.In the instrument resource management module,test tasks are formulated and resources are matched with the generated test information description document,and different management and control methods are adopted for different types of instruments and equipment.For standard instruments and devices,the IVI-signal driver is used for secondary encapsulation of various drivers to provide a unified interface for external invocation.For non-standard instruments,an FTP site is set up in the controller,and parameters are configured according to requirements after receiving the test task and waiting for triggering.For the network node clock synchronization unit,the master computer can configure its working mode through Socket protocol.In the test data management module,according to the characteristics of the data storage of the whole ballistic test,the data items such as test name,parameters to be tested,shooting mode and the types and names of the required database and data tables are designed.The test task information table and test result data table are established in the database,and the effective management of test data of each node device is realized based on ODBC interface technology.At the same time,the corresponding test report can be generated,and finally the test data and time base information can be fused.Based on the design and implementation of each module of small arms ballistic testing management software,a test platform based on damage effect testing system and network node clock synchronization trigger unit was built in the laboratory.The test management software runs well and could manage each module effectively.The expected design goal was achieved. |
