| In this paper, a set of remote online monitoring and management system of transmission line has been designed. Theoretically, this set of system could process data with SCM and send it backstage to manage by adopting intelligent data management system and temperature sensor technology and by combining with signal amplification system. The final object of it is to realize a complete intelligent remote cable temperature monitor system which could perform intelligent remote monitor of data.Based on theoretical dynamic capacity increasing model of transmission line, the remote online monitoring and management system of transmission line mentioned in this paper is a conductor temperature online monitoring device that is specially designed for monitoring conductor’s temperature in real-time. The major design scheme is to set up several sensor probes on the end of conductor of overhead transmission line, and the sensors could collect temperature changes of conductor and transfer the data to SCM with signal transformation circuit. The data could be processed with program that is designed in this paper and the temperature data of conductor that has been processed shall be transferred to monitoring center in real-time with GPRS/WIFI. The temperature changes of cable could be analyzed with the management software so as to monitor safety of transmission line online.The design described in this paper mainly uses electronic line design, SCM design, program design, etc. that is essential parts of the system to realize online temperature monitoring system of overhead transmission line.With on-site test, this system has obtained better effect that mainly indicates in the real-time temperature monitoring of overhead cable. Previously, electric power companies always arrange many cable searchers to inspect the safety and quality of overhead lines which are always a dozen of kilometers, dozens of kilometer and even hundreds of kilometers long. Only relying on manual-inspection, the entire line cannot be inspected in shortest time, which costs a large amount of human and materials resources. If the cable catches on fire in some tension phase due to excess temperature but manual-inspection fails to find out it in time, we would miss the best opportunity to rescue. However, with the assistance of scientific and technical means, this set of system could largely solve the difficulty of fault monitoring of remote power supply cable and realize online monitoring of transmission line, which would improve operation and management level of power enterprises. |
