In the new economic era,the essence of competition between enterprises is the competition between supply chain and supply chain.The level of supply chain management of enterprises has increasingly become the basis and guarantee to support their sustainable development.With the development and wide application of modern information technology and management methods such as Internet of Things and big data,supply chain has entered the stage of intelligent management.However,for China's large-scale machinery manufacturing industry,the understanding and practice of supply chain management is still in its infancy.They only pay attention to the internal management of the enterprise,and do not pay enough attention to resources such as suppliers and customers outside the enterprise,which is seriously hindered by the efficient operation of the enterprise supply chain.This paper takes Company B as the research object,through the in-depth study of the current situation of supply chain management in Company B,firstly points out its system defects in the supply chain information management,then digs out the specific problems and analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of supplier management,customer management and internal production management.Based on the theories and methods of reason,especially intelligent supply chain management,this paper puts forward the construction scheme of intelligent supply chain.For the intelligent construction scheme,first of all,based on the scientific system architecture and perfect functional structure,the original ERP system is upgraded,and the front-end suppliers and back-end customers are extended to build an intelligent supply chain information platform,comprehensively improving the information level of enterprise supply chain management,and laying a foundation for the realization of intelligent supply chain management;Then,from the four aspects of supply chain operation visualization,decision intelligence,organization ecology and factor integration,the realization path of enterprise supply chain management is planned intelligently,and the guarantee measures of information security transmission based on VPN and DES_RSA mixed encryption are proposed;Finally,the feasibility of the intelligent supply chain scheme is demonstrated,safeguards are proposed,and the implementation effect of the scheme is preliminarily predicted.B company's intelligent supply chain management scheme will play an important role in comprehensively improving the current situation of enterprise supply chainmanagement,greatly enhancing the level of enterprise supply chain management and market competitiveness,and provide useful reference for the practice of intelligent supply chain management in relevant industries.
