With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,The car has entered thousands of households.With the rapid growth of the car market share, it also brings a lot of environmental problems,Such as: acid rain and global warming, the world is plagued by these problems, at this time the development of electric cars solve these problems.Countries also vigorously support the development of new energy electric car industry, new energy electric vehicles become the development trend of the future.Electric vehicle control and drive technology is the core of the electric vehicle control, this paper mainly studies the electric vehicle control system and drive system. The vehicle control system mainly includes the vehicle logic, accelerator pedal control, slope road anti slip and startetc.. The driving system mainly includes current observer, flux observer, flux weakening control strategy, magnetic field oriented control, etc.. Analyzing the mathematical model and calculation process of asynchronous motor, and the operation of asynchronous motor is controlled by vector control strategy based on rotor flux oriented vector control strategy. Analyzing the main control module of the vehicle control system and drive system theoretically, and the simulation model is built according to the demand by MATLAB and the simulation results are analyzed.In the theoretical analysis, we also build the hardware testing platform, according to the actual test results compared with the simulation results, found the unreasonable of the model and modified to realize the optimal control of the three-phase AC induction motor.
