Floor radiant air conditioning system is a kind of air conditioning system with low energy consumption and high comfort. It has been applied in more and more office buildings, and has a good development prospect. Due to the outdoor environment and the indoor heat source in the dynamic changes and therefore the indoor environment will produce change subsequently, due to the current building structure is reinforced concrete structure, and concrete is heavy material with strong heat storage performance and it can be in a certain extent delay and the influence of disturbance attenuation. Therefore, fully study the floor radiation condition, exothermic characteristics of storage of the retaining structure, the design and operation management of air conditioning has certain guiding significance, effectively reduce the energy consumption.Firstly, study the envelope storage exothermic principle. According to the influence factors of heat storage, respectively, the climatic conditions, thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient, heat storage coefficient, thermal inertia index, attenuation coefficient and delay time are analyzed in detail. The floor heat transfer process is simplified as one dimensional heat transfer process, and the expression of heat transfer and surface temperature distribution in the process of floor heat storage and discharge is established.Using the TRNSYS radiant floor air conditioning system operation model and simulation model for building cooling load in summer and different operation conditions indoor temperature and the floor surface temperature, wall and floor of transfer heat and wall and floor storage volume data. By measured data in the office building, check the correctness of the model.Through comparing the three rooms of indoor thermal environment changes that west wall on indoor thermal environment effect is larger, the East facade has little effect,1 room indoor temperature than the room number 2 higher than 2℃, the floor surface temperature higher 0.5℃, and 3 rooms had little change. Through the comparative analysis of the wall outside the wall surface temperature peak and peak time can be found wall of temperature wave with certain attenuation and delay, analyzed in Section 4.2, obtains the temperature decay 13.95℃, was delayed for four hours.Through simulation under different temperature and water flow, indoor thermal environment, wall and floor of the heat transfer and the heat storage capacity can be found that the water temperature of indoor thermal environment influence, in a reasonable range, water temperature lower, coil for cooling capacity and floor to indoor heat release amount more, and wall and floor storage cold basically remain unchanged. Change the water flow in a certain range of indoor thermal environment influence, coil cooling capacity, indoor floor to release the cold and cold storage capacity has little effect. Therefore, in the way of regulating the flow regulation of the radiant floor air conditioning system, need to fully consider the impact on the cooling effect of the adjustment of the flow range. Flow regulation in initial flow within the range of 50%, the effect is not obvious.Simulated batch operation, the mode of air conditioning open time is 8:00 to 18:00, mode 2 air conditioning open time is 7:00 to 16:00, contrast mode 1 and mode 2 control strategy of indoor thermal environment, floor heat transfer and heat storage situation, mode 2 of the indoor temperature and the floor surface temperature to higher than the first model, about 0.5℃, floor to the indoor release cold quantity change is not big, the floor storage cold respectively in at 8:00 and 9:00,17:00 and 19:00 to charging and discharging balance state, according to the analysis, model control strategy can be basically meet the requirements of the people on the indoor environment...
